Temporary Suspension of Public Visits due to Scheduled Maintenance (15–20 December)
The Floating Naval Museum Battleship “G. AVEROF” will remain closed to the general public from Monday, 15 December through Friday, 20 December, due to scheduled maintenance works.
During this period, pre-scheduled educational visits by school groups, particularly those from the Region that have already been arranged, will take place as planned.
However, for safety reasons and to ensure the smooth execution of the maintenance works, access will be limited to specific compartments of the ship.
These maintenance works are a necessary process to safeguard the preservation and sustainable operation of this historic vessel, ensuring that it may continue to welcome students and visitors with the respect its history deserves.
